Rennie Deflatine has been formulated with simeticone, a highly effective ingredient in treating trapped wind which works gently on trapped air bubbles to lessen embarrassment. This product also has Rennie’s antacid properties to neutralise the excess acid which causes symptoms of indigestion and heartburn. The usual dosage is one to two tablets, up to 3-4 times per day.
