EU
Our online store processes orders from Ireland only at this time. Please contact us if you require shipping outside of Ireland and within the EU.
Note: prescription products can only be shipped within Ireland.
Cut-off times
Orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day, provided there are no supply issues with your order.
Orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched the next working day.
Service notes
* Cold chain
Orders requiring cold-chain packaging are dispatched Monday to Thursday only to ensure medicines are not held in transit over a weekend.
** Same-day delivery
We offer same-day delivery within Dublin. Orders must be confirmed and paid for by 12pm. This service operates Monday to Friday and excludes bank holidays.
›You must be available to accept delivery at the address provided and contactable by phone in case the driver needs to reach you.
›Deliveries take place between 2pm and 6pm.

›Once dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link for your order.
›We do not currently deliver to the UK.
›We do not deliver to PO boxes.
Returns
Non-prescription products
If you wish to return a product, please let us know within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing info@healthwave.ie.
All items returned must be unopened, unused and in the original packaging.
The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
- Food products
- Vitamins and supplements
- Medicines
If an item is faulty we will cover the cost of returning the product, otherwise the customer must pay returns cost.
Please allow up to 14 days for refunds to show in your bank account once we receive your return.
We currently do not offer exchanges.
Prescription medications
We do not provide refunds or exchanges for prescription medications as an exempt healthcare service as provided for in the Consumer Rights Act 2022.
While you may return prescription medications to us, this is a disposal service only.
Returned prescription medications must be destroyed in accordance with S.I. No. 488/2008 – Regulation of Retail Pharmacy Businesses Regulations 2008
