Online Payment Platform
We have built an online payment system to process payments for prescription orders.
When your order is ready for dispatch, you will receive a text message (SMS) with a link to click on.
The link will take you to our secure payment platform where you can enter your card details and make a payment.
Payment Link
Once you have placed your order (via Carebot, text message, email etc.) your order will be processed by our Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians.
When your order has been checked for accuracy by a Pharmacist and is ready for dispatch, you will receive a payment link via text message or email.
Payment Process
By clicking on the blue website link you will be brought to a secure webpage where you can pay by entering your card details or by arranging a bank transfer.
Once payment has been received we will dispatch your order.
*Please note If you would prefer not to enter your card details each time you place an order, you can opt to store a payment card on your account for automatic billing on dispatch of your orders.
Security
We have built our payment platform with Stripe to process payments.
Stripe takes your card details and applies encryption so the number cannot be read by anyone.
Our staff cannot see your card number.
