Ireland
Orders usually take 1-3 working days to be delivered anywhere in the Republic of Ireland. Same-day delivery is available in Dublin (see below).

Same-day delivery (Dublin)
Order before 12pm Monday to Friday and choose Cyclone same-day delivery at checkout. Available for Dublin addresses only.
Cut-off times
Orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched that day, provided there are no supply issues with the products in your order. Orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched the next working day.
Cold chain
Medications that must stay refrigerated (for example Wegovy, Mounjaro, Saxenda and Ozempic) are shipped in cold-chain packaging for €7.95. Cold-chain orders can only be dispatched Monday to Thursday to make sure they are not in transit over a weekend.
EU
Our online store only processes orders from Ireland at this time. Please contact us if you require shipping outside of Ireland and within the EU.
Note: we only ship prescription products to Ireland.

- Once dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link for your order.
- We do not currently deliver to the UK.
- We do not deliver to PO boxes.
