Adults and children 8 years and over. Start by taking 1 sachet a day, dissolved in a glass of water or fruit juice. If needed, increase to 2 sachets a day, taken as a single dose preferably in the morning. Continue to take it until your bowel movements return to normal. DulcoSoft works within 24 to 48 hours.
