Bio-Kult Boosted is the ideal supplement to take whilst taking a course of antibiotics or whilst travelling.
Adults and children 12+:
- Take one capsule daily, with food.
If taking antibiotics:
- Take one capsule daily, ideally at a different time of the day from the antibiotics.
- Continue taking for at least 2 weeks after completion of antibiotic course.
When travelling:
- Take one capsule daily one week before and during travel.
- Continue to take for at least one week following the end of travel.
