They are also effective in relieving urticaria (hives) and related skin allergies. Suitable for adults and children aged 6 years and above, these tablets offer a convenient once-daily dosage for adults and adolescents over 12 years, and a twice-daily regimen for children between 6 and 12 years. Each tablet contains 10mg of cetirizine hydrochloride, a non-drowsy antihistamine that works by blocking the action of histamine, a substance in the body that causes allergic symptoms.
