Tefin suppositories contain ibuprofen, which has pain reliving and anti-inflammatory properties, so they can be used to reduce pain and also help with inflammation, swelling and reduce temperature. Suppositories can be especially helpful when a child cannot take oral liquid medicine.

Children 3 to 6 yrs (15 to 20kg): Use one suppository (150mg) do not exceed more than three suppositories (450mg) daily.

Children 6yrs to 9 yrs (20 to 29kg): Use one suppository (150mg) do not exceed more than four suppositories (600mg) daily.
